Specializing in the construction, modernization and repair of stationary crushing and recycling plants, we now offer our customers a versatile range of machinery with over 40 years of experience in the construction of impact mills and extensive crushing plants. We cover the entire manufacturing process from design to worldwide assembly. As a medium-sized family business under the management of Ralf and Frederik Teepe, we have dedicated ourselves to the new and further development of various impact and hammer mills. Today, our crushing technology and plants are very versatile in their respective specifications and are used in many recycling applications. Starting with construction waste, glass and metal as well as waste slags up to metal scrap processing. In addition to the many recycling applications, the impact crushers and hammer mills are also used in the crushing of rocks, gravel and various other mineral products.

Glass is a 100% recyclable product and thus makes a decisive contribution to environmental protection. The possible uses of glass have become very versatile and in certain areas of application, up to 90% recycled glass can already be used in the manufacture of new products today. In order to be able to separate laminated glass cleanly, easily and efficiently, a recycling system is needed which always produces a consistent and cleanly separated end product, while at the same time reducing wear costs and maintenance intervals as far as possible.

Impact mills are versatile and can thus crush and process a wide variety of materials. One of the largest areas of application is in natural stone, where the main requirement is a uniform end product with the lowest possible oversize content. In slag and especially in steel slag, a robust and powerful impact mill is required, which can withstand the constant load.
Our PTRF fine grinding mills are specially designed for fine grinding/pulverizing medium-hard, brittle materials. The feed material to be pulverized are mineral products with a feed size of up to 30 mm, depending on the material. A typical application is the fine grinding of quartz sand.
Whenever a final grain size of 1 mm and smaller is to be produced, in many cases the most economical solution is to use a hammer mill. Hammer mills are often used for grinding limestone, phosphates or gypsum, but are also suitable for other applications such as glass recycling.
By using different shredder shafts and teeth, we can now offer a wide range of possibilities for each customer. Depending on the application, different rotors are used to achieve the best possible result.
Our balling mills are suitable for the preparation of non-ferrous metals and metal composites. The machines ball and separate the metals from residual materials for subsequent clean separation by separating table or air classifier.
The objective of the mobile crushing plants is the uncompromising use in the recycling of reinforced concrete, construction waste and other difficult-to-process feed materials. This requires maximum stability and performance with low operating weight and high flexibility.
We develop various recycling plants, which are individually adapted to the products and requirements. For some years now, we have also been increasingly offering the conversion and optimization of already existing recycling and crushing plants.
According to the current status in 2016, we can now manufacture approx. 280 different impact mill rotors across all manufacturers in our own production facility in Lengerich.
